2 TV Studios both 12,000 sq ft and high definition (HD) equipped
5 stages ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 sq ft
36,800 sq ft of workshop space
35,000 sq ft of production office space
Post Production facilities including editing rooms and screening theatre
10 acre backlot together with 30 acres of natural forest

Galleria Kotaraya JB will be opened in July’12–Confirmed! [8 Photos]

Johor Bahru, April’12;

As shared in previous post Nov’11, confirmed that Galleria Kotaraya will be opened in early July’12. That is about 2 months + from now.

There will be more branded tenant to be listed in the mall such as Coffeebean/starbucks, Marrybrown, , pizzahut, subway, etc… More information to be revealed soon.

 

EDL Highway is now OPENED! NO TOLL Charge! [27 Photos]

Johor Bahru, April’12.

The long awaiting East Dispersal Link, EDL,  is finally opened for public! EDL with total 6 lanes highway, which is by-passing the busiest JB City road to link directly to North-South Expressway (to Melaka, Kuala Lumpur or Penang), and Link to Permas Jaya City and also Pasir Gudang.

The total 7.5 kilometres EDL will be another catalyst to lower down congestion in JB City and also helping to bring more ‘energy’ to Johor Bahru City, especially foreign investors.

We did not find any toll plaza along EDL, which mean this highway will be totally free of charge. We hope this is not temporary.
